By becoming a member of Lovpipo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Membership Validity

• Membership is valid for the duration specified in your selected package.
• While our matchmakers will make every effort to find a suitable match, success depends on mutual compatibility and your personal choices. Lovpipo cannot guarantee a match.
• If fewer than three matches are found during your membership, your service validity will be extended by an additional six months at no extra cost. Only applicable to matchmaking services 1 year and above.

2. Account Management

• You must not delete your account from the Lovpipo app. This is necessary for us to manage customer data effectively.

3. Angbao for Successful Matches

• To motivate our matchmakers, you agree to give a S$200 Angbao for every successful match.
• A match is deemed successful when physical contact, such as holding hands, occurs, and both parties confirm the relationship.
• Lovpipo will verify the match with both parties and collect the Angbao via PayNow.
• The Angbao fee may be waived if you agree to provide a review and allow us to feature your story as a successful case.

4. Code of Conduct

• Before confirming your relationship, you must not discuss sensitive topics, such as sex or marriage, or behave disrespectfully toward others.
• Violating this code of conduct may result in a ban from the membership.

5. Candidate Interaction

• The information provided by candidates is not fully verified. You are responsible for exercising caution during interactions.
• Once you express interest in a candidate, you are expected to actively communicate and arrange a meeting with them.
• If, after meeting, both parties decide they are not a good match, you must inform the matchmaker.
• You may not request a change of candidate without first meeting the assigned individual.

6. Privacy Policy

• We will not disclose your private details.
• However, certain necessary information may be shared with potential candidates as required.

7. Social Media Stories

• Stories and experiences may be shared on social media.
• Your private details will not be included in these posts.

8. False Information

• If a complaint is received about false information provided by you, Lovpipo will investigate. Verified cases will result in a ban from the membership.

9. Non-Refundable Payments

• All payments made to Lovpipo are non-refundable.

10. Additional Services

• Event Tickets: Event tickets do not include food or drinks.
• Numerology Service: Numerology services are offered only if requested up to five times per year.
• Relationship Advice: Relationship advice is provided only once per month upon request.
